In 1978 Dr. Barry Reppart founded the Harcourt Veterinary Clinic. At that time Dr. Reppart was one year out of Veterinary school and made the decision to return to his native home in Knox County, Ohio where he commenced a long and successful career as a local veterinarian. Throughout the years Dr. Reppart mentored many aspiring veterinarians, one of them being Dr. Amanda Rogers.
Dr. Rogers began her tenure with Dr. Reppart in 1999 as part of the kennel staff. Dr. Rogers continued employment through her undergraduate, graduate and Vet school years; and upon graduation from The OSU College of Veterinary Medicine purchased the practice from Dr. Reppart.
We are now known as the Complete Care Animal Hospital and will continue to provide excellent veterinary care to a variety of animals, including birds, rodents, and other exotics. Our hospital is equipped with a full range of diagnostics such as ultrasonography, digital radiology, including digital dental radiology; and a complete laboratory that allows us to provide our patients with immediate results. We also offer advanced surgical services, cutting edge anesthetic services, utilize surgical laser technology and post operative therapy laser treatments. Our patients are cared for by an exceptional team of registered veterinary technicians and support staff while in the hospital.

Dr. Rogers is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She resides in Knox County with her husband Richard and their son Evan. Their family also contains Oscar, an Irish Wolfhound, Felix and Stella, French Bulldogs; as well as horses Smokey and Tonka, 3 cats and a herd of polled Hereford cows. Dr. Rogers is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, The American Veterinary Medical Association, The Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, President of the Kokosing Valley Veterinary Medical Association and is a board member of the Friends of the Knox County Animal Shelter and the Knox County Board of Health. Dr. Rogers is also a volunteer with both the American Bullmastiff Association Rescue and Bullmastiff Rescuers, Inc. Dr. Rogers has special interests in Ophthalmology and Preventative Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, horseback riding and baking. Dr. Rogers and her family are members of the St. Vincent de Paul Church.

LouAnn worked in public accounting for over twenty years where she developed a special interest in the business management of veterinary practices. LouAnn is also an active volunteer with Bullmastiff rescue, enjoys reading and gardening.

Rebecca Groves, RVT
Rebecca was born and raised outside Newark Ohio and still currently lives there. She is a proud alumni of Bradford Vet Tech Institute with her degree as a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has a St.Bernard named Bug and a black cat named Dora that she adores. Her Hobbies include kayaking, fishing, exploring the outdoors;(but she has an addiction to Pinterest so she loves crafting when the weather turns cold!). The biggest reason that she chose this profession is the fact that she gets to make a difference in the world. She gets to wake up every day and help the sick and wounded pets return to their families. She feels there is no better feeling than to watch a sick pet walk into the clinic and watch them leave happy and healthy!
Tracy has been in the veterinary field since 1996. Tracy also works at MedVet Medical and Cancer for pets. In her spare time Tracy loves to spend time with her family, granddaughters and her ensemble of pets.
Julie Overholt Duston, RVT
Julie is a Columbus State Community College graduate and member of the Ohio Association of Veterinary Technicians with 16 years of small animal and emergency hospital experience. Born and raised in Knox County, she grew up on a dairy farm where she developed her compassion for animals. She’s a self-proclaimed sci-fi and fantasy nerd and British culture enthusiast who enjoys visiting art museums, crafting, and spending time with family. Her fur family include kitties Olive, Worm, Bender, and recent addition dog Mable. Julie joined the Complete Care team in September of 2017.
Corinna Wisecarver, RVT
Corinna joined the team in January of 2018. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute at Bradford School in 2006. In her spare time she enjoys riding with her husband Marcus on their Harley and spending time with her son Matthew, dogs Greta and Lilly, and cats RJ and Obelix.
Dana heads up the grooming department at CCAH; where no dog or cat leaves without looking drop dead gorgeous and smelling divine! Dana has over twenty years of professional grooming experience and is truly the best groomer your pet will ever have. Dana loves the “special needs” pets that often require a bit of extra attention.
Born and raised in Newark Ohio, Chelsey has been around animals of all kinds since she was child due to her mother working at animal hospitals and even a zoo at one point. She lived in Las Vegas for a few years where she managed and groomed in a grooming shop.Now Chelsey lives in Johnstown with her partner and their three kids; plus a dog, cat and six chickens. Following in her mother’s footsteps for loving and caring for animals
Lisa joined the CCAH staff in Fall 2013. She has been a resident of Knox County for 25 years. She shares her home with Pointers and one Beagle. She is an active volunteer with Brittany Rescue and Pointer Rescue Organization which is committed to saving pure bred Pointers from shelters across the U.S.
Pam joined our Kennel Staff in August 2013. She and her husband, Scott have 2 sons and a black lab named Rufus. She also raises chickens and peacocks. Pam enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and dancing. She is a member of the Buckeye Country Cloggers in Bellville.
Ryan has 6-year experience in the pet care field and has been with CCAH since fall 2013. Ryan grew up with boxers and a Lhasa Apso mix named “Harry Dog.” Having attended the Columbus College of Art and Design, Ryan has been able to utilize his artistic skills at CCAH by designing fliers, painting, pet portraits and filming videos. Ryan enjoys cinema including sci-fi, horror, indy dramas and comedies and old Godzilla movies.
Abby currently attends Mount Vernon Nazarene University, studying accounting and finance. She is the proud owner of a (extremely spoiled) 13 year-old Corgi named Steve. In her free time Abby enjoys reading, singing, and playing guitar and piano.
Brooke and her husband live in a log cabin with their two sons, three dogs, and one cat. Previously, Brooke worked in human medicine, but, made a career change because of her love for animals. Brooke is currently enrolled in college to become a vet tech.
Andrew has two dogs, Nina and Lily and a cat named Biggs. Andrew does a live stream on Facebook every Monday at 7 PM on Classy Nerd Talk. His other hobbies include gaming, bass guitar, volunteering with animal rescue. He’s worked in human medicine as a medical assistant and was also a baker for 5 years.
Client Service Representative
Haylee has been working with us since 2011. She enjoys spending time with animals. She has 4 dogs Gunner, Endo, Oakley, and Waylon, 2 horses Indy & LeeRoy and 1 cat named Crash. She shows her horses in the Hunter/Jumper and the Cross-country classes. She also volunteers with Hippotheraphy, which involves horseback riding with children/young adults with disabilities.

Kim works as a client service representative and kennel technician. Kim has experience with equine breeding and enjoys riding and training horses. Residing in Morrow county with her fiancé, three dogs and four horses, Kim is a true country girl and competes at truck/tractor pulls with her Pink John Deere!

Kelly moved to Ohio in July 2018 having grown up in Ventura County and Los Angeles, California, Kelly started working with animals at age 14 as a groom and stable hand. She’s worked with everything from dogs, cat, and exotic pets to horses, pigs, chickens and ducks all the way to wolves, bears, lemurs, and chimpanzees. A certified Vet Assistant through the Animal Behavior College, Kelly has 15 years experience as a receptionist, kennel and vet assistant, farm manager and rehabilitation trainer for abused, neglected, stray, and former fighting dogs. Kelly has two dogs, Whiskey Wolfe, a golden retriever and Siberian husky mi and Jasmine, an Australian and German shepherd mix. She also has two cats, Finnegan “Finn”, a three-year-old ginger tabby who she’s had since he was 5 weeks old and Iris, a two-year-old little gray tiger cuddle bug.
